Here in Northampton we're certainly in no short supply of Strokes/Arctics-inspired, post-punk pop eye candy. Sprinkle over one of them an incredible cover artistic talent, brilliant lyricism for Alex's truly amazing voice and a terrific sense of humour, however, and you have The Incidents: four teenage ruffians, in a little indie band, blasting out some seriously infectious riffage way above their age. Following the undisputable anthem To Be Young, these three new tracks up on the-incidents.com go even further back through the punk archives, with a real Ramones sheen to them that each member should be more than proud of. If you don't go straight to see them live, I at least urge you to keep a close ear out for these four over the next few years.
