Top Six All Time Dad Dance Anthems

It is (and if you weren't already aware alarm bells should now be ringing) Father's Day today, which means that all those dads out there are to be respected and honoured until midnight tonight. After that we can continue to cringe at their embarrassment for the next three hundred and sixty-four days as per usual. These next six songs are like the wedding party DJ set from hell:

Boney M - Daddy Cool

You'll just have to hope your old man didn't take dance lessons from Bobby Farrell when playing this one. Put some clothes on man!

Queen - Don't Stop Me Now

I reckon parenting kits for blokes consist of an instruction pamphlet, a book of awful jokes and a copy of Queen's Greatest Hits. And nobody reads the instructions anyway.

Status Quo - Rockin' All Over The World

Interviewed up and coming emerging talent last weekend, and today I'm featuring Status Quo on my website. I've certainly changed my tune (unfortunately they haven't)

Dexy's Midnight Runners - Come On Eileen

Don't see any highly immature jokes to be made here...

Dead Or Alive - You Spin Me Round

This song is not only a massive favourite on the over 40s dancefloors, it's also the main reason You've Been Framed stays in business.

DJ Otzi - Hey Baby

No self-respecting father would be seen dead dancing to this one. But all of the non-self-respecting ones would!
