I've never been able to put my finger on exactly what it is, however there's something about Anieshi Pearl that I find utterly irresistible. And this latest jewel in her crown of elegance, Bow & Arrow, is perhaps the most enchanting of them all. Maybe it's the precision with which producer Breyt's minimalist backdrop ascends into gorgeous digital extravagance; perhaps it's somewhere within her Florence-ic vocal - a powerful instrument brimming with emotional fragility - drizzled delicately over the top; or even the slight titbits of distortion and echo subtly infused to give this electro stunner that magical extra edge. Nevertheless Bow & Arrow has been so finely crafted it could pluck an apple from somebody's head without even touching a hair. Bullseye!
