It's time for another incredible Richardson to take to The Picturedrome as popstar in the making Josie Richardson officially kickstarts this year's Y Factor competition in search for the next biggest underage talent. Not that Josie's any stranger to these shenanigans. Northampton's Pop Academy has been championing the vocally powerful teenager for over a year, with fierce performances of a diverse range of hits and recording her self-crafted originals in their very own studios.
