From Beyonce to Bjork, Shakira to Cher, mononymous stage names have been all the range for years. Adam Smith's rebranding: "Adam" might not have the memorability of, say, Madonna however as his simplistically lethargic grooves plod cosily along you can just tell Sweet and Sour is gonna be stuck in your head for some time to some. Come on everyone "Chinese food, Chinese food..."
