Taking first Download then Kerrang! by storm Corby metallers Acoda return, deafening us once again with the second release from their monster self-titled EP. This Is Life is the beast in question, a hardcore explosion driven by relentless breakdowns and sorrowfully melodic choruses; Damon Tang bellows "AND OUR SURVEY SAYS THAT 98% OF YOUR SURVEYS TWIST THE TRUUUUTH!" surrounded by squalling, shredding and pounding from the infuriated eye-openers. I tell you, the torment their instruments endure is just beyond me!
