TOP STORY - BBC Hackney Weekend is a bit of a letdown: nothing in here to level Isle Of Wight's Tom Petty, Pearl Jam or Bruce Springsteen

Andy C - DnB legend that's immense but raw music always triumphs so no
Bombay Bicycle Club - incredible album, incredible band, nowhere near
Calvin Harris - they've not even put in any effort with this one
Chase & Status - my favourite dubstep duo bar Skream & Benga but still, eh-uh
Dappy - you're actually kidding me
David Guetta - chart domination does not equal quality
D'banj - loving Oliver Twist and all the Skepta and Donaeo but really not
Deadmau5 - hasn't released anything for the past century
DJ Fresh - really hot right now but absolutely missed the mark
Ed Sheeran - hmm, not yet
Emeli Sande - looking forward to the new stuff but still, sorry, nope
Eric Prydz - one of the biggest names in house however it's a big no-no
Florence + The Machine - one of my fav ever people of the decade: not of forever
Flux Pavillion and Dr P - should have been in BBC Sound Of 2012 top five, nopedy, dopedy
Jack White - okay so that's one
Jessie J - you remember when people used to think she was good?
Labrinth - awesome in every sense of the word but there's awesomer (e.g. Pearl Jam)
Lana Del Rey - heard the album today and fell in love with it but still no
Leona Lewis - gone downhill big time from no to 100% never
Magnetic Man - along with that guy at the top they shaped music today still not really
Maverick Sabre - my man of the moment is nothing up to Wight
Michael Kiwanuka - people know who he is! make a name first buddy
Nero - a year of epicality but that's only one year
Plan B - really want to see him live so maybe just but that's being generous
Professor Green - hasn't come out with anything decent in ages
Rizzle Kicks - good fun, nothing else
Sub Focus - absolutely amazing but still nowhere near
Swedish House Mafia - ugh, is everyone electronic? NO needs rawness!
Taio Cruz - the only time I'd throw my hands up in the air to him would be if I was throwing him out
The Maccabees - what a way to start the year, still not
The Ting Tings - guaranteed wonder, not quite there though
Tinie Tempah - hit and miss really this one so I reckon I'll hit the NO button - the hardest ever? I think not
Wretch 32 - his catch phrase is "oh yeah", however epic Wretch is: "oh no"
David Bowie - ha ha, I wish

So I know what station I'll be listening to from Friday 22 - Sunday 24 June: Absolute Radio. Biggest event in the history of Radio 1 my bottom!
