The Moons: Northampton's finest band, without a doubt

Its Northampton's Finest this week, where I introduce seven of Northamptonshire's biggest talents to the UK and, in my opinion, the only way to kick things off is with a little bit of The Moons. The Beatles/Kinks-esque garage band recently supported Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye (no biggie!) on their Different Gear, Still Speeding tour and have been snatching up fans from the indie pop world with their amazing jamming skills and instantly lovable personae.

Double Vision Love has been revealed as the new single from their forthcoming second album Fables Of History and the band are already itching to get back into the studio and record a third. After Life On Earth saw sell out gigs, much critical interest and even performances in Maida Vail Studios for Radio 2, the homemade Fables Of History is set to make an even bigger splash when it is released.
