Charttery: Christmas Special

Ho ho ho! December's starting soon and, for a bit of Crimbo fun, every day, I will be counting down the top twenty-five best selling Christmas songs ever. It's your job to guess what will be coming where. The results should be coming in at 2 every morning but I don't know if that's UK Time, US Time or some other special Google Blog Time. Also because it's Christmas I've decided to double the points so you could be increasing your score big time or, if you're new, scooping a load of biggies to kick off your Charttery campaign.

Five lottery style balls between 2 and 25 have been picked at random with the bonus ball 1. You have to predict what will be at the position on the ball in the best selling Christmas songs chart. The normal five balls are each worth twenty points and if you guess the bonus ball you double your score. The maximum you can score is 200 but higher than 50 is good. So let's draw the balls:

21  19  17  6  4    1

I reckon:

21. The Darkness - Christmas Time (Don't Let The Bells End)
19. Wizzard - I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day
17. Shakin' Stevens - Merry Christmas Everyone
6. The Pogues - Fairytale Of New York (feat. Kirsty MacColl)
4. Wham! - Last Christmas
1. Band Aid - Do They Know It's Christmas?

Fans of the old Charttery may be interested to hear that I finished the game on 270 points. If you want to carry on playing you can always make yourself a Spreadsheet (A1 - A5 "=RANDBETWEEN(2,20)", A6 "=1" and press F9 to draw).
